About Rinn Group Designs
A design and project management firm built on craftsmanship, restraint, and respect for the client experience.
Our Approach
Considered. Calm. Considered Again
Renovation is one of the largest decisions most people will ever make about a space. It deserves the kind of care that respects both the investment and the daily reality of living through the process. At Rinn Group Designs, that respect shapes everything — from the questions we ask in the first conversation to the final walkthrough on completion day.
We believe a renovation should feel as intentional as the result it produces. That means clear communication, honest timelines, transparent budgets, and project management that anticipates problems rather than reacts to them. We measure success not just by what gets built, but by how it feels to build it together.
What We Do
Design, Sourcing, and Project Management
Rinn Group Designs is a design and project management firm based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We work with homeowners renovating primary residences and luxury second homes, with business owners shaping the spaces where their work happens, and with investors acquiring properties for renovation and resale.
Our role is to bring everything together — design direction, materials and finishes, fixtures, and the coordination of every trade and vendor required to complete the work. All construction services are performed by independently licensed Arizona contractors with whom we maintain trusted, long-standing relationships.
What We Believe
Principles That Shape the Work
Restraint Over Excess The best spaces are not the most expensive — they are the most considered. We help clients spend on what matters and resist the pressure to spend on what doesn't.

Transparency Throughout Budgets, timelines, sourcing decisions, and project status are shared openly. Surprises are an indicator of poor planning, not a feature of the process.
